Mindful Powers

Mindful Powers help teach kids mindfulness techniques and encourages them to practice this important skill. This app is aimed at children ages 7-10.

Smiling Mind

This app also focuses on mindfulness techniques for a variety of ages, from age 7 to adults. It helps with day-to-day stress challenges and provides solutions to deal with pressure and anxiety. The app also allows users to track their progress and notice how their emotions change and become more manageable over time.

Children’s Bedtime Meditations for Sleep & Calm

Having trouble falling asleep at night? This app can help calm anxiety, fear, and stress and help your little ones fall asleep easier.

The Zones of Regulation

Help children identify their emotions with this app that encourages them to identify different colored zones that correspond to different emotions. Based on your zone, the app will help the child understand the emotion and deal with it appropriately.
